So what exactly is a peaberry?

A peaberry naturally occurs when only one out of the two beans develop within the cascara (husk).This mutation allows the single seed to absorb all of nutrients resulting in a densely sweeter bean.

This bright roast was delicately approached and meticulously cupped into its existence.
